Goshen Physiotherapy provides professional physiotherapy and rehabilitation services, including but not limited to:

Appointments and Cancellations
Booking: Appointments can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or through our contact form. All appointments are subject to availability.
Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling: We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
Patient Responsibilities
As a patient, you agree to:
- Provide accurate medical history and health information
- Follow the treatment plan prescribed by your physiotherapist
- Inform us of any changes in your medical condition
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments

Payment and Fees
Payment is due at the time of service unless alternative arrangements have been made. We accept cash, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods. Invoices and receipts will be provided upon request.

Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality care, physiotherapy outcomes can vary. We cannot guarantee specific results. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
Emergencies
In case of a medical emergency, please call emergency services immediately. Our clinic provides physiotherapy services but is not an emergency medical facility.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
